What the evidence says works in transfer between two-year and four-year institutions, how your institution measures against it, and what to do first.
The tool is built on the L&A Transfer Improvement Library: 145 practices drawn from the published literature and from documented partnerships, each verified against its source and anchored to a page. Most of them are recommended in the literature without a reported result, and the practices the firm designed carry no source at all. The tool distinguishes the two, because a provost deciding where to spend a scarce year deserves to know what was shown to work and what is widely advised.
