Transfer practice library and diagnostic
What the evidence says works in transfer between two-year and four-year institutions, how your institution measures against it, and what to do first.
The tool is built on the L&A Transfer Improvement Library: 122 practices drawn from the published literature and from documented partnerships, each verified to a page in its source and graded for the strength of its evidence. Most of them are recommended with no reported result. The tool says so every time, because a provost deciding where to spend a scarce year deserves to know the difference between what was shown to work and what is widely advised.

How the library grades evidence
The grade applies to the claim, not to the document it sits in. Every practice shows its grade beside a plain-language gloss, and the assistant states it in every recommendation.
