Framework

Four components, eighteen sub-components

The framework organizes transfer work into the operations students pass through, the performance management that keeps two institutions honest about results, the cultural system between them, and the enablers underneath. Every practice in the library sits in one sub-component; the diagnostic scores each of the eighteen on a 1 to 6 ladder.
